I think it's so cool that we get to host an event [at NYCWFF] and that we get to walk around and get to showcase the people that are local and they can enjoy our Shrimp Po Boy dish that we created.

The shellfish tower has those Peruvian Scallops which are the best and probably my favorite part of the tower.

I have a seafood restaurant, but it also has a couple of different extensions, so we have an ice cream shop, a whisky bar, I mean, our menu is very seasonal. We chabged 7 items on the menu, but I would say that there are items that don't change. One of them is being the Fried Crab Claw Pop. It's a big crab cake wrapped around a snow craw claw.. Yeah it's fried and th our house hot sauce.
